Hướng dẫn xóa dữ liệu
Trang này hướng dẫn cách yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu cá nhân được xử lý bởi AltairCX Platform, bao gồm dữ liệu nhận được qua ứng dụng Facebook/Messenger, Zalo, WhatsApp, Telegram và Google.
1. Bạn là người dùng đã nhắn tin cho một doanh nghiệp
Nếu bạn đã nhắn tin hoặc gọi điện cho một doanh nghiệp sử dụng AltairCX, doanh nghiệp đó là bên kiểm soát dữ liệu của bạn. Bạn có thể:
- Liên hệ trực tiếp doanh nghiệp để yêu cầu xóa; hoặc
- Gửi email tới [email protected] với tiêu đề “Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu”, ghi rõ: tên doanh nghiệp bạn đã liên hệ, kênh (Facebook, Zalo, WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, số điện thoại), tên hiển thị hoặc số điện thoại của bạn, và khoảng thời gian liên hệ.
Chúng tôi sẽ xác minh và phối hợp với doanh nghiệp để xóa hội thoại, hồ sơ khách hàng, bản ghi âm và dữ liệu liên quan.
2. Gỡ quyền ứng dụng trên Facebook
- Vào Cài đặt & quyền riêng tư → Cài đặt trên Facebook.
- Chọn Ứng dụng và trang web (Apps and Websites).
- Tìm ứng dụng AltairCX và chọn Gỡ (Remove).
- Sau đó gửi email theo mục 1 để yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu đã lưu trên hệ thống của chúng tôi.
3. Bạn là Khách hàng doanh nghiệp của AltairCX
Quản trị viên có thể ngắt kết nối kênh trong phần Cài đặt → Kênh của AltairCX, xóa từng hồ sơ khách hàng, hoặc gửi yêu cầu xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu tổ chức tới [email protected] từ email quản trị.
4. Thời gian xử lý
Chúng tôi xử lý yêu cầu trong thời hạn hợp lý theo quy định của pháp luật, sau khi đã xác minh danh tính người yêu cầu và phạm vi dữ liệu liên quan. Dữ liệu trong các bản sao lưu được xóa theo chu kỳ sao lưu của hệ thống. Chúng tôi có thể giữ lại một phần dữ liệu khi pháp luật yêu cầu hoặc khi cần thiết để giải quyết tranh chấp, phòng chống gian lận và bảo vệ quyền lợi hợp pháp của các bên, và có thể từ chối các yêu cầu không xác minh được hoặc không phù hợp với quy định.

Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to request deletion of personal data processed by the AltairCX Platform, including data received through our Facebook/Messenger, Zalo, WhatsApp, Telegram and Google integrations.
1. You messaged a business that uses AltairCX
If you messaged or called a business that uses AltairCX, that business is the controller of your data. You can:
- Contact the business directly to request deletion; or
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”, stating: the business you contacted, the channel (Facebook, Zalo, WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, phone number), your display name or phone number, and the approximate time of contact.
We will verify the request and work with the business to delete conversations, customer records, call recordings and related data.
2. Remove the app from Facebook
- Go to Settings & privacy → Settings on Facebook.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Find AltairCX and click Remove.
- Then email us as described in section 1 to delete data stored on our systems.
3. You are an AltairCX business customer
Administrators can disconnect channels under Settings → Channels in AltairCX, delete individual customer records, or request deletion of all organization data by emailing [email protected] from an admin address.
4. Timeline
We process requests within a reasonable time in accordance with applicable law, after verifying the requester’s identity and the scope of the data concerned. Data in backups is removed according to our backup rotation. We may retain certain data where required by law or where necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and protect the legitimate interests of the parties, and may decline requests that cannot be verified or are not consistent with applicable law.
